These Terms & Conditions govern all massage therapy services provided by Elysia Wellness, including in-clinic and mobile appointments.
1. Agreement to Terms
By booking an appointment with Elysia Wellness, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We provide professional massage therapies including (but not limited to) Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Brazilian Wood Massage, and Mobile Massage services.
All treatments are strictly therapeutic and professional. Elysia Wellness operates under a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour.
3. Booking & Payment
- Appointments must be booked through our website or approved booking channels.
- Full or partial payment may be required to secure your booking.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
4. Cancellation & Late Policy
- At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in loss of deposit or full session fee.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time without price adjustment.
- No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
5. Health & Medical Disclosure
Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, and health concerns before treatment. Failure to provide accurate information may result in cancellation of service without refund.
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Clients are advised to consult a GP or healthcare professional if needed.
6. Mobile Massage Conditions
- Clients must provide a safe, clean, and suitable space for treatment.
- Parking arrangements must be clarified prior to appointment.
- We reserve the right to refuse treatment if safety conditions are not met.
7. Liability
Elysia Wellness will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from failure to disclose medical conditions or follow aftercare advice.
While every effort is made to ensure safe and professional treatment, services are provided at the client’s own risk.
8. Client Conduct
Any inappropriate, aggressive, or sexual behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may be reported to authorities if necessary.
9. Data Protection
Personal information collected during booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection laws.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
